Formed in 1996 as a design agency for both web and print we quickly established ourselves in the digital marketplace for our creative and innovative web work. This led us to work with corporate giant Microsoft on their Open License initiative along with other well known brands such as Nokia and John Deere.
We now boast a very diverse client list across both public and private sector including PLCs and SMEs as well as not-for-profit organisations. In all these sectors we are recognised for our outstanding creative and technical abilities as well as our ‘personal’ customer service.

In a competitive pitch Icon.net shone through in terms of their creativity and enthusiasm at the outset, plus their ability to deliver on what is quite a complex site, in a cost-effective way. We achieved all this without a single face-to-face meeting (I'm based in Brighton) and without any significant changes being required. Their communication at all stages of the project was excellent, and the site evolved without any hitches.
If I'd found ICON.net at the start of my project, not only would I have saved tens of thousands of pounds, but the site would also have been up and running much earlier. They kept to deadlines, and are genuinely nice people to work with : their interest doesn't stop once they've finished the build. They're still helping me with the site now, which is assisting me to grow the business.
