Our lofty office with Cathedral views

The team here at ICON.net recently shifted offices from one side of Gloucester to the other. The relocation saw us leave the previous base, home for 15 years, and locate to an inspiring city centre location off of Westgate Street, overlooking the historic Gloucester Cathedral.

Gloucester creative design company ICON.net Limited is moving from its current offices near Eastgate Street, its home for the past 15 years, to a new city centre location off Westgate Street.

The new offices at Friars Court, College Street occupy part of an ancient medieval site overlooking Gloucester cathedral and College Street itself has a long and interesting history for such a short street with the earliest record being 1139.

Commenting on the impending move ICON director, Nigel Robinson said:

We’ve outgrown our existing offices and had been looking around for some time before we were introduced to this impressive, modern looking architect designed building. The office configuration suits us perfectly, the facilities are excellent and the location is ideal. After 15 years this is truly a landmark move for us and we’re really excited by the prospect of being in the heart of Gloucester’s vibrant and historic city centre. We plan to be in and fully operational by Monday, 14th March.
