Other Opportunities

Gloucester Heritage URC occasionally has opportunities for members of the public or the professions to act in a voluntary capacity as a member of the board or on one of the forum panels.

There may also be other voluntary opportunities that arise to assist and engage with the GHURC in its redevelopment and regeneration role.

Community Ambassadors

Do you live or work in or close to one of the “Magnificent Seven” areas?

Do you have direct links into the community through a local resident association or group, voluntary organisation or community partnership?

Or are you a business person with roots in the community?

Do you have the sorts of communication skills that mean you can get people involved in regenerating their area?

Do you have some time to offer, during or outside normal office hours?

If you answered "yes" to any 3 of the above questions, you could become a Community Ambassador.

Gloucester Heritage URC are looking for local people from the business sector and residential communities to join them as a Community Ambassador and will work closely with each of the 'Magnificent Seven' area Community Ambassadors to ensure that those communities are actively involved in Gloucester's regeneration.
