These sites comprise:

Blackfriars
Blackfriars Priory will become a major new cultural centre and tourist attraction at the heart of a thriving retail and leisure quarter. A new square, overlooked by a flagship hotel, cafés, bars and speciality shopping, will link through to new offices and apartments fronting the River Severn.

Gloucester Docks
The office based development of Southgate Moorings and the upgrading of the Dry Docks area as a major new gateway to the city, providing additional car parking, shops and office space, will complete the regeneration of Gloucester Docks.

Canal Corridor
The Canal Corridor is a highly strategic gateway that provides several important large scale employment opportunities for new and relocating businesses. Attractive and extensive canal-side residential developments will also contain a range of affordable housing.

Gloucester Quays
The massive £200m Gloucester Quays scheme has outline planning permission for major mixed use retail, leisure and canal-side residential developments, including a large Designer Outlet Centre.

Kings Quarter
An international design competition will launch the transformation of Kings Square and create a new continental-style piazza that will be the focal point of an area-wide development that will dramatically improve Gloucester’s shopping offer.

Greyfriars
A residential neighbourhood of over four hundred new houses, flats and apartments will bring life and activity back into the city centre. Relaxing new open spaces will be developed around the ruins of Greyfriars Priory and connect to Southgate Street and the Eastgate Shopping Centre.

Railway Triangle
The redevelopment of this key area of the city, next to Eastern Avenue and Metz Way, provides scope and major opportunities for employment including the option of an Innovation and Science Park.
