Founded in 1996 by well known cross stitch designer and prolific author Jane Greenoff, The Cross Stitch Guild deals with cross stitch and all other forms of counted embroidery, such as hardanger and canvas work.
It quickly became a worldwide organisation with a committed and enthusiastic body of followers. Today, the CSG has grown to the point where members receive a regular magazine with projects, technical advice and information, and special offers; in the UK it also runs very popular classes and weekends.
Jane is in constant demand for personal appearances, classes and workshops and she has a regular column in both Cross Stitch Collection (Future Publishing) and Needlework & Cross Stitch published by Herrschners in the USA.
