CAAV, whose members practise a diverse range of agricultural and rural work throughout the UK, needed a specialist integration between their website and new CRM.
We have been implementing digital solutions for CAAV for over 15 years. Due to a significant increase in members, they needed a way to streamline internal processes.
We developed a ‘specialist in-between app’ that could communicate with the CAAV website and the specialist nonprofit Civi CRM. With both solutions being on different platforms and no direct integration method available, we needed to find a way to make them talk.
This is the sort of challenge our team thrives on - multiple applications on different platforms talking to each other through a bespoke application.
By automating many of the manual processes from their day-to-day activities, we helped the Office Manager and staff become more efficient and able to concentrate on what they do best.
